      Pros

      Culture of the organisation is such amazing that it will encourage you for long term relationships. Leadership is always accessible and open to hear any feedback/improvement and tries to do their best in acting on those feedback. Though it is a service based organisation but you will get feeling of product based org. The compensation is far better than any other service based org. Year on year new benefits for employees are getting added based on the employee feedback.

      Cons

      Working from remote location is not available. Some policies are obsolete in current era and should be updated. Which i am sure going to happen down the line.

Its at the right size if you want your work to be noticed, neither too small, nor too big. If you want growth, go for it. If you are willing to go the extra mile, Incedo will offer you the opportunity to learn, earn and contribute to your personal, as well as Incedo's objectives.

      Cons

      Appraisal process needs more transparency. 90 day notice period is high.
