      Pros

      The best thing about incedo is the work culture. The leaders here believe in quality and for that they provide a good work environment and policies to employees. Managers are supportive and have positive attitude towards the feedback. Employee's efforts are being appreciated. Good learning opportunities. They even encourage employees to learn and increase their knowledge base by providing free courses and rewards for completing a course. Leave policies as well as the leave approval process is great. Overall, best company to work in.
