      1. No micromanagement ( Best thing here) 2. Creativity freedom better then most company 3. Nice opportunity in the good tech stack

      Cons

      1. Compensation could be better. 2. Senior Management should involve more into the lower level of employee management for the creation of better cohesiveness 3. Better incentives can lure us more.
