Hello, It's been almost 2 years now in Incedo and I can't believe how time flew so fast here. Incedo has become like my family now. From the first day itself, the Incedo family supported me a lot starting from onboarding itself. I have learned a lot many things from scratch and given more than 100% while working and now I'm at good position. I'm handling all kinds of work in which I have explored a lot. Incedo members are very supportive and cooperative, and my Team Lead and Manager are very much friendly and very good people I have ever met. There is no micro monitoring here. Even leave facility is also best. Incedo gives the best opportunities and responsibilities to the young generation as well based on your potentials and knowledge, No matter how much experience do you have. Just in one line, I can simply say Incedo is the best. Pros 1. Incedo is the best place to work 2. No micro monitoring 3. Employee friendly environment 4. Everyone is very supportive. 5. Incedo has Good policies. 6. If you are giving your best then in return you will definitely get appreciation.
