      Pros

      A lot of opportunity for personal growth and development. The leadership team is solid. The people who work here are extremely encouraging and want you to really succeed in the company. The company proved its claim of being "employee first" by providing all the support they could during the pandemic, especially during the second wave where everyone came together to help each other.

      The company is growing at a fast pace and needs to have better automated tools for internal processes.
