      Pros

      Incedo is on the journey on becoming good to great. Most of the policies are employee friendly including various benefits like insurance,leaves, wfh, compensation & bonus, travel etc. Management is working very hard to incept new project in next gen technologies including AI/Cloud. Lot of training provided to develop their skills. Additionally team outing, office party, annual cultural event, travel based on project and many more fun activity happening all year around.

      Pros

      Competitive market salaries No bell curves - you perform well, you get paid well. Variable pay exceeds your offer letter most of the times Leaders and HR listen openly to all employee concerns or improvements shared Fun year round events for employee engagement and bonding Great tax saving structure Job security is high - Never heard of them letting go of employees for any reason

      Cons

      90 days notice period is too much. Most presence is in US - so travel assignments are not easy considering visa restrictions. Projects in other areas like APAC and EMEA would help employees explore global projects.
