      1. Extraordinary initiatives for employees like Incedo University which is great platform where employees can register and go for trainings in respective technologies and domains 2. HR policies are evaluated time to time and modified to provide maximum benefit to employees. Like increasing paternity and marriage leaves duration, better insurance coverage, increasing yearly leaves etc 3. Feedback from employees is not only taken but considered and worked upon as well. Quarterly employee engagement survey and skip level meet are carried out. 4. Opportunities to work on some industry wide desired domains like CYBER SECURITY, AI/ML.

      Pros

      Good quality of work opportunities. Lot of technologies to explore. I think the company is good for all set of people including freshers to senior roles. The work culture is good and does meet the work life balance expected. The initiative such a as university enables employees to learn and apply their knowledge and grow.

      Cons

      The notice period is longer than other companies and I think it should be reduced as to align with what’s being followed everywhere.
