      Pros

      I am happy with my current role as i have a good team and am able to work and learn at the same time. Got to know that have had good growth this year even when economies of many countries including India's is down due to the pandemic. There is transperency over here which i like which was misisng in my previous organisation. People are helpful which is a big plus for me.

      Need to upgrade and have common unified system for employee processes like investments, attendance perf mgmt etc
