      Pros

      I had a great experience working at Incedo so far. Be it hr management, managers or team members, everyone is so kind and always willing to lend a helping hand, and is so open and accepting of all walks of life we have here. I joined in pandemic but still everything has been very smooth. Leadership is always open to feedback and takes all feedback seriously.

      Excellent place to work and grow under the great visionaries like Nitin Seth had an truly amazing experience working with them, it is one of the best employer providing work life balance where people get appreciated for the efforts with deserved recognition. Leaders like Kumar Ashish are truly supportive and even the HR team with leaders like Deepti Singh always ensures that each employee get the rewards and recognitions and work on the 360 degree nurturing of every individual employee.

      Cons

      There are no cons as such I have identified as the organization is in good hands under grate leaders and visionaries.
