amazing work culture and learning along with all benefits. I joined Incedo in July...right from day 1 it was very smooth, the induction process was easy fun and informative. I was made to feel at home by my team lead and team mates...they took me through project onboarding and helped my understand my work. IT team was very friendly and they helped with system installation and fixing issues with my accesses. Its been a great learning exercise as I have learnt new technologies which I did not have access to in my previous company. We are lucky to be working with top companies as clients and are learning a lot. Through the support of my team mates I was able to pick up things very quickly and was also appreciated by client recently. I feel very confident and optimistic about my future with Incedo and feel its the right choice i have made. We have good programs like Incedo University which gives us an opportunity to unskilled ourselves . entire management team is very supportive
