      Pros

      Supportive leadership that encourages learning, collaboration, and open communication. Good opportunities to work on diverse projects and expand technical/analytical skills. Flexibility in work environment and good work–life balance. Recognition for effort and contributions is timely and motivating.

      Cons

      More structured training programs would help new employees ramp up quickly. Salary structure can be improved to better reflect skills, tools, and contributions.

      The only pros could that been a start-up you could get good initial hike

      Vision — Very Narrow The company tends to secure a client, hire aggressively, and then let people go the moment anything goes downhill with that client. What’s missing is a long-term vision. Before entering any industry, the leadership should be clear about whether they truly want to commit to it. If the answer is yes, then they should stay invested for several years—regardless of winning or losing a client.
