      Sandwhich policy for LOP, People says projects are related security domain, but actually they are not. Management simply plays game of PIP.

      Good for junior level Employee should noe think about INTERNAL POLITICS which is happening in all leveld.If some body focusing only carrier and technical level, growth and opportunities are very good Hike and packages are good

      Management only listens managers of the project.So micromanagement is more Training and Interview processes should be improved

      1. The organisation has high quality top leadership (ex. Mckinsey, ex. Flipkart, ex. Gartner) and they are highly intellectual people from premium institutions like IITs, IIMs, etc. 2. The next layer of leadership is of equally hi-potential and quality leaders. Highly experienced, knowledgeable and collaborative. 3. The organisation on its GoodToGreat journey. The organisation has a sharp business vision and with the enhancement into leadership, it is on a rapid growth journey. 4. Very transparent culture and it is at every level. There are no bosses, there are teams where people work in collaboration and support each other to achieve the objectives. 5. Very prompt recognition programs 6. Organisation that focuses on emerging technologies and help in transformation journey of clients. It is an excellent place to grow along with the organisation. 7. Locations across India and US. 8. Compensation structures are highly flexible and employee friendly.

      I don't see any Cons in this organisation. There is nothing better one would ask or hope for. Wise people would take the right decision and be part of the growth journey and grow along
