      Pros

      There is a lot best that I can put forward about Incedo- Incedo Work Culture, Incedo Management, Incedo HR. Best part I suppose you being recognized for your efforts . In case of any doubt there is always a platform where in HR & Management would like to discuss, acknowledge and provide their relevant feedback, Client is surely the priority like wise any other organization and it has been taken in to consideration and privilege has been provided to do work from home or flexible working hours.

      For me it was good experience- No Cons.

      Pros

      Growth opportunities within organization that helps you to test your own limits. New challenges awaits everyday. Incedo provides an opportunity to up-skill yourselves on new technologies.

      Cons

      Work life balance is average. Infrastructure is ok but as the company is growing and moving away from start up culture, this will improve.
