      1. Nice Salary 2.Nice cafeteria 3.Cool working environment 4. Lot to learn 5. Great Team outings 6. All CTC cash in hand , 7.Helpful HR 8.Works on the latest technologies 9.Some managers are very nice 10. If u are on bench they try to allocate project for u 11. Good joining bonus

      -Timely Salary - Salary Advance - Work Life Balance - Onsite Opportunities - - Open door policy - Anyone one can really knock any door here - Hike is good - Management makes efforts to get new business and keeps you updated about any new developments. - Organization is growing and a lot of investment is being done in field of Data Analytics and IOT. No Investment problem. - A lot of opportunities for people who are looking their career in Data Science and Internet of Things(IOT).

      Cons

      Initially HR was not active and no Employee centric policies were there but in last one year, there is lot happening at HR end. They are coming with a lot of Employee friendly policies.
