      Long term Vision - We have a visionary CEO with clear thoughts. CEO connect program in every 3 months Good Learning Environment Comp Offs - One may have to extend support as required, may be even on weekends. Good part is that you get to balance that off via comp offs. Flexi Timings Events like Family day, Diwali celebrations, and at other festivals are quite engaging. Subsidized meals

      Role Ambiguity - incorrect expectation settings at the time of hiring, leadership changed post I got hired. Tools and Technology - Most the work being done manually can be easily managed well using Systems. Timesheet tools, HR Systems etc. being not there or not upto mark. This is being worked on, waiting for the concrete action. Cabs not available in day shift.

      Pros

      I have been with Incedo for more than a year now and it has been a fantastic journey so far !!!. Incedo is going through a well thought through transformation phase and that means learning and contributing opportunities everywhere. Infact I had so many new areas to contribute to in last 1 year post joining Incedo that surpasses very easily what I did in my previous 10 years. In short - great company, great work life balance and huge opportunity to learn and contribute meaningfully.
