      Dear Team Member, While I’m happy to see that you recognize us a good paymaster, I am concerned to see that you are not enjoying your time working with us. From your comments, I am not able to understand what issues you are facing. Just in case you are referring to our delivery management and quality processes, I would like to mention that we follow processes as per ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and CMMI. We also have an independent process excellence team which scores and audits projects and processes. Having said that, we believe that Quality is a journey and there is always scope to do better.       A company headed with myopic vision

      Pros

      The only positives are about facilities. The office has good amenities, centrally located. VPN access for telecommuters.

      Cons

      The company is just another services company with no vision to face long term challenges. They stress on quarterly profits and in the process forego importance of sustainability in the long run. The middle-senior management is fully rigged

      Pros

      1. The only good thing is, there no process, you can come to office any time and go any time. As long as you get client billing you can do whatever you want. 2. If you are management puppy, you get promotions and salary hike without any burden of proving yourself. 3. Good to pass time in meetings as no one will give you chance to talk, you'll be invited to meeting and you end up listening. 4. You can pass time by doing profile shortlisting for the replacements and taking interviews.

      Cons

      1. This company has no process and no culture. Bangalore management cannot take any decision without approval from Gurgaon management. 2. This company is purely body shopping, no local projects. All they do is placing people at client locations and get billing. 3. No career growth, you'll be stuck with client project. 4. Meetings go for hours and hours without proper direction and clarity. 5. No HR policies and all cooked up show. 6. Job responsibilities will completely different from whatever they will tell during interview or on first day. Eventually, you will be placed at/on client who will not listen to you.
