      Puppet HR, cheat's employee salary, can go to any low level

      Pros

      Until you are in project, won't see any issues. Tax saving options available and Mediclaim policies are good.

      Cons

      The company is full of fraud policies and can to any level to cheat employee salary once left the organization. Taru and Meenal (HR) are brain dead puppets and will iterate only things so that you get lower amount of promised salary.

      Product Engineering Managers in Pune and Gurgaon are not experienced in management.They lack communication skills. Most of non technical managers are trying to manage technical guys.
