1. No proper management. 2. No projects only one project that is Verizon (only single digit employees are mapped). 3. Not respect for the developer. 4. Micro Management. Always used to ask for availability even bench people. etc...

Some projects like Assetmark is quite demanding and employees gets in too much pressure and the offshore management also does not support their employees and consider client as god.
