So be prepared for 80 hour weeks, fires and finger-pointing - Incedo employees are very insecure. So be prepared for an extremely toxic environment as other contractors want you out. So DO NOT perform well - the nail that stands out gets hammered. - Poor Benefits, no raises - you are pretty much locked-in to your negotiated Rate - Junior developers may be paid higher depending on their vendor's negotiation skils
