      During the training stage you need to stay active and put in your own personal efforts too to be able to keep up.

      Pros

      Incedo provides good training to a newly joined employee on different tech stacks, also they conduct a four week capstone project after the training so that employee can work with real time problems before working with the clients .Overall the training provided is really good and well organised and this training help in upskilling the employee

      Cons

      In my experience till now ,this organisation shows no drawbacks or downsides whatsoever.
