1. Great environment, people are there to help you at any point. 2. Onboarding process is smooth, you get a lot of time to get familiar with work and culture. 3. In-Depth trainings were given to upskill everyone. 4. Real life problems are given to solve in a 4 week project as part of onboarding process which gives healthy environment to collaborate with other colleagues.
