      Pros

      - flexibility in schedule - integrated care model - respect for clinician / colleagues… culture of “celebrating the art of practice” - resources for learning working with other in other disciplines - compensation recently updated (++) - genuine focus on diversity I prefer a work environment where I can do my best patient-centered care. Included Health is way better than the other virtual companies I have met and seems to be reinvesting in the clinician experience.
