Pros

Fast pace, always evolving company working to raise the standard of healthcare everywhere! We work hard every day but the people and the mission make it worthwhile. We work with amazing people who are incredibly smart and continue to put patients first. There are lots of opportunities across the company and throughout the different geographies. Everyone is treated with respect and ideas are encouraged and valued. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Cons

Not really a con, more of a warning. Change comes fast and often, adaptability is imperative for any new hire.

Thanks for the encouraging support and review. When working to drive change and improve the lives of millions of people, our shared mission drives a unique sense of collaboration, support and humility throughout our team. We are glad that element of our culture has remained true as we grew from a few passionate leaders to a nationwide company of nearly 700 people strong. Thanks for helping us keep our members, our mission and our values front and center in all we do - especially as we navigate the challenges of fast-paced growth and building for scale. That will help us stay true to our roots and maximize our potential.

Pros

Tons of opportunity to grow, learn and do fantastic work helping lots of people. Very nurturing yet fast paced and energetic environment. Great support, encouragement and incentives. Lots of little rewards also.

Cons

None... except the whole industry needs to be unionized. Not for Grand Rounds employees sake, but for everybody else that doesn't have it so good! You probably know who I am ; ) . Raising the standard for everyone, everywhere!!!

Pros

Great mission, good business idea, nice office space

Cons

Culture is manipulated by management. Not an inclusive environment, not parent, female friendly. Lack of leadership. No opportunities for Advancement of growth. Aggressive hiring without thought. Leadership has convinced staff that food in the office all the time makes it a great place to work. Unlimited vacation is a joke, it means you can't take any. If you are under 30 they will fawn all over you, if not, you won't get far.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. It is important for us to understand how people perceive our culture and place of work. With 60%+ women in the company, including 44% of our executive team, we are committed to fostering and supporting an inclusive culture for people of all backgrounds and identities. Among our many employee resource groups (ERGs), our Parents ERG helps to build community and support for our team members who are parents. To complement our employee-led efforts, our benefits, including generous leave and school support policies, aim to give employees flexibility to effectively focus on family and personal needs when you need it most. Since 2018, our average eNPS score trends at 90%+ favorable with 90%+ survey participation across all employees in the company. The feedback we collect through our bi-annual engagement surveys, along with the suggestions, questions and comments shared across various other channels throughout the year - including Glassdoor - help us to continually invest in ongoing improvements and address both specific and broad employee needs. Feedback is always valued and helps us continue to build a great place to work.
