Since 2018, our average eNPS score trends at 90%+ favorable with 90%+ survey participation across all employees in the company. The feedback we collect through our bi-annual engagement surveys, along with the suggestions, questions and comments shared across various other channels throughout the year - including Glassdoor - help us to continually invest in ongoing improvements and address both specific and broad employee needs.
