      Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance paid for by the company, really nice and caring co-workers/leads/supervisors/managers, generous time off accrual, 24 hours of paid volunteer time you can use biweekly, occasional free swag, Blueboard awards for 1/3/5/10 year anniversaries, occasional treats sent to you from the company, being able to expense my internet since I work remote.

      Cons

      None really unless you don't like sitting all day and a lot of hard work and critical thinking.

      - incredible leaders across the org - awesome mission - business is growing insanely fast and hiring like crazy

      Cons

      - rapid pace can get tiring at times but leaders listen well and make a lot of effort to build in periods of rest when needed after a large effort
