Pros

- This company is truly trying to change the status quo in healthcare and patients remain at the center of all design decisions. We get to hear from patients frequently about how what we do changed their lives - Tons of growth opportunity! The company is hiring like crazy so there's lot of opportunity to move to new roles, take on additional leadership responsibility - Supportive culture where company values are truly lived. Flexible hours, vacation policy etc. - Competitive pay and frequent opportunities for increases based on performance - Amazing colleagues and inspiring leadership

Cons

- Lots and lots of change, and the pace can be draining at times. Hours aren't too bad, but very tired at the end of the day/week - Processes are getting better, but still characteristic of a high-growth company where they aren't always built out. You have to be proactive about figuring out how to do things vs. getting lots of training

Pros

True values - the Executive Leadership Team, including CEO & CTO walk their talk. Great environment - Inclusion is a reality here, not a word on a PR article. the CEO walks the floor and welcome new people, talk to people directly.

Pros

In addition to the amazing things this company is doing within the healthcare industry and the impact of quite literally saving peoples' lives, they are a fantastic company to work for. Not only did they meet my salary requirements, they exceeded them. Benefits are amazing, the culture is very progressive and friendly(THERE ARE FREE SNACKS & DRINKS ON-SITE 24/7), they have the latest/greatest technology, my interview process was quick and the communication was superb at every step & level, my coworkers are supportive & non-judgemental, they are family-friendly and encourage new Mothers like myself to take care of themselves. Additionally, the very highest level of management(our CEO's and founders) are approachable and genuinely care about their employees and patients; You would never know the caliber of their intellect & success when speaking with them because they are so level-headed and humble. This models and fosters a culture where managers, supervisors, and superiors to follow suit(and they do, with great professionalism and humanity!).. I simply can't speak highly enough of this company, this has been the best fit for myself and my family! I would recommend to anyone, and already have, to come work here. Such a blessing to enjoy and look forward to going to work every day!
