People openly debate ideas (not people) and listen to each other valuing different perspectives. Diversity is the norm from recruiting through tenure. It's about the work. Growth, growth and more growth.

      Nascency and ambiguity abound. Need to be flexible and a self starter. Collaboration and networking are key along with bringing your best self. Growth, growth and more growth.
