Pros

The best reason to work at Grand Rounds is our mission. The next best reason to work at Grand Rounds is to work on the mission with the best and the brightest. I didn't realize I'd been playing on B teams until I got to play on this A team.

Cons

I have to enter at least 5 words for Cons to be able to submit so I would say, the Grand Rounds cons are things typical of any start up. The difference is the quality and the positive attitudes of the team members working on the issues.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm thrilled to hear you're finding the team to be A-caliber, and I agree this has to do with not only aptitude but also with attitude. Thanks for bringing your best to all that you do.

Pros

Great mission, very smart individuals, and a solid business model. Grand Rounds truly has a shot at measurably improving access to quality healthcare while also succeeding as a business.

Cons

If you are somewhere between entry level and director level, there's likely very little opportunity for career progression. Leadership is focused on building a successful, venture-backed business, not on growing employees.

Where will the ride take us?

Pros

- Incredible colleagues that challenge, support, and deliver. - Focused mission. While the road or platform may change the end goal has always remained constant. - Collaborative environment. - Encouraged to "go big" and come up with creative solutions.

Cons

- Growth has created more "steps" in getting things done. But teams are committed. - Need to stay focused on open communication. That tends to get lost at this stage with a company. - The fast pace and workload some times get in the away of EE development and support.

Thanks for your feedback! We're committed to staying audacious in our aspirations, and I hope you'll help keep us honest here, as well as in our efforts to preserve open communication as we continue to grow. Please don't hesitate to bring forward your ideas on removing needless "steps" and on anything further we can be doing to foster innovation.
