      - Flexibility with my schedule - Autonomy in my roll - Generous PTO - Good Medical Benefits - Use of Included Health Services

      Cons

      - Inequality / unfairness with promotions. - Lack of communication between departments. - Lack of lower level positions departments for current employees to find a good fit. - They keep taking away benefits I personally need and want and adding benefits I personally do not need.

      Steady patients, good control over schedule, health insurance is very good.

      Included Health slashed provider pay over the last 6 months, you will not be appropriately compensated for your time and expertise.

      Thanks for your feedback - we take your review seriously, particularly as we've done thoughtful analysis to ensure our compensation practices are equitable and competitive. The new Clinical compensation model is multi-layered with both base salary and bonus eligibility, which can be complex to understand. However, our data supports that our overall compensation package is in-line with the market. Your Manager or Talent Partner will be able to provide additional support in assessing your particular situation.
