      Remote Pay was decent Some good co workers

      Cons

      Benefits were not great for my area Management will favor employees Hard to advance Management changes are too frequent to build a relationship with them All management changes came will new unreachable expectations Even if you out perform people if you are not a needy employee who’s more focused on sharing their personal information in slack conversation than working you absolutely are placed on the side burner.

      Inaccurate reporting, only revenue focused (does not care about client needs/wants), narrow sighted leadership, horrible response times from supporting teams, frequent layoffs, popularity contest, micromanagement.
