Pros

Lack of business context: Analysts might be optimizing for metrics that don’t truly impact growth or customer value. Poor communication: Insights aren’t helpful if they’re buried in jargon or don’t tell a clear, actionable story. Over-reliance on tools: Sometimes teams trust dashboards more than reality—leading to decisions that look great in theory but flop in execution. Slow iteration cycles: If analysis takes too long to inform campaigns, it becomes obsolete by the time decisions are made.

Cons

Marketing Analytics are all idiots. Really they are.

Pros

Great benefits, company culture. Only 2 days in office for sales reps. The commission structure is great.

Cons

Management doesn't sometimes feel they know what they are doing and not the best collaboration amongst teams. How does sales operations not work with sales when their job is to optimize sales?
