Pros

Collaborative, inclusive culture Competitive compensation Very good benefits that go beyond insurance coverage - gym access, flexible scheduling, learning/training opportunities, associate resource groups, special events and perks, etc.

Cons

Others will say it's the requirement to work three days in the office, but I like it. We have a beautiful office and it's easier to get a lot of work done with your team when you are in the same location. And there's a lot flexibility if you have an appointment, need to take your child to a game, etc.
