Pros

Good salary, fair benefits. They also provided a good deal of education that could be used toward CEUs and things that were helpful in our position.

Cons

The health coach position is poorly designed. We do not have extensive benefits knowledge but are expected to take queue calls and provide benefits information. The job is becoming more and more micromanaged with more expectations but less information to go off of. The "numbers game" combined with expectations that are difficult to obtain if you spend all your time leaving voicemails and looking up phone numbers. More of a sales position than nursing position
