      People. Job experience. Growth. Work life balance. It is a caring and compassionate company. The executive office takes the time to interact and keep in touch with the company as a whole.

      Good nature employees, mindful managers, excellent facilities, excellent gym, very flexible hours.

      Cons

      Slow moving and very bureaucratic. Too many cooks involved in each project.
