Management has great bonus program. Great footprint within the community.

Cons

Many teams receive ineffective training or have lack of knowledge of their business. Many functions outsourced with ineffective or limited oversight. Limited leadership opportunities within professional areas such as legal and medical management.

Been at Blue Cross for more then 15 years, great people a really cool gym for us to use and being in town there are plenty of places to hang out with your co-workers.

Cons

They have to stop wasting money bringing contractors in to do jobs that employees use to do and say they are doing it to save money.
