There are a lot of changes going on in the company resulting in:
(1) A higher workload that makes you question your pay sometimes
(2) The type of work combined with the regulations and penalties for making errors can create a VERY stressful work environment.
(3) Mandatory overtime is great at first, but will wear you down
(4) Monotony. Customer service here is great. But beware that after a few years, the routine of the work may become a downer.
(5) Gossip is rampant. Make sure you keep your business to yourself and your personal life off the floor as it only takes one person to spread your information all over your department.
(6) Promotions and hiring can be very political. Nepotism at its finest (as within most large companies). If you want to get places, good performance and brown-nosing will get you far.
