Pros

Fairly decent medical benefits, paid vacation time. Perks with getting time off, if you are a high performing representative.

Cons

Annual merit raises, not really based on performance and it's very hard to move up and out of the customer service department- your promotion may not be based on what you know or your performance, but more on who you know.
