Pros

It was awesome working for IBC until about 2007-2008. They really cared for the employees. Benifits were really good for the employees.

Cons

Outsourced much of the internal functions. Cut things to the bare bones, and more. Expected too much from the few people that remained.

Pros

IBC highly values work life balance and they are committed to creating a supportive corporate environment

Cons

Things do not happen very fast at IBC so whether you are interviewing, working on a project or worried about getting fired. Grab a snickers because you're not going anywhere for awhile. They are not competitive for salary and growth opportunities seemed very limited to me. Raises and bonuses are minimal and should not be counted on.
