Pros

Extremely easy job although paperwork is more important than productiveness. Keep your head low and you can coast for a long time!

Cons

Many people are just sitting around biting their fingernails waiting to see if they are next in the layoff line. Emplyee health insurance pricing is OUTRAGEOUS if you want the "good" plans. They price their own employees out of coverage. Come on now, you want me to pay like $1K a month out of my paycheck for a PPO plan? Pretty soon, I'll get a paystub with a negative balance!

Pros

people can coast there while doing nothing. Very social, they seem to care about the community and the company does care about the employees.

Cons

Not a whole lot going on. People have been there for eons no growth. Not the brightest work force. They socialize more then they do actual work. I worked with a guy who would complain and vent when I would present solutions he would get mad. Seems he wanted to complain only but not actually fix anything.
