Need a some fresh ideas in Senior Management

Pros

There is a great deal of stability at IBC, which can certainly be considered a good thing. Ultimately, regardless of the economy, people still need health care.

Cons

Due to the aforementioned job stability, there are entirely too many people in upper management who have worked at IBC for 10, 15, 20+ years and have become dinosaurs as a result. As the industry and technology has changed vastly over the years, upper management simply hasn't kept up. Either because they're incapable of changing, or unwilling.

Pros

Good solid company. IBC is up to date in the marketplace with products and merging to provide products to a larger market share. The company is very innovative and current with technology. They provide financial and personal support for continuing education up to the Master's level. There is support for personal and professional growth.

Cons

The company can lose the lines of communication due to its size and the number of departments. Not all management is proficient enough to be able to make a decision without going up the chain. Also, health insurance companies not very popular with public right now.

Pros

Good benefits, but costs are increasing. If you work hard, you will stay out of the line of fire of upper management.

Cons

Very low morale. Upper management unresponsive and seemingly incompetant.
