Pros

Pay is competitive, PTO is in generous.

Cons

ZERO work life balance, Impossible deliverables and deadlines given the number of tasks thrown at you, EXTREMELY high turnover rate for leadership, micromanagers, their own insurance is not cheap, culture of non-accountability and back-office deals. As a consumer I can see now why calling them is like gambling, you are lucky if you get a competent person. Onboarding and training are nonexistent for certain departments, you will be thrown to random projects without so much as training or support. Directors, managers, supervisors out of touch with their audience.
