      Good supervisor, great PTO & 401k match, wellness PTO, opportunities for advancement in the company.

      Cons

      Hard to get good raises, they want us to return to office 3 days a week after we’ve been working remotely for two YEARS. incompetent employees are almost virtually unable to be fired due to performance.
