Pros

Awesome benefits including free gym (which was excellent), decent pay, regular work from home, and very ample PTO allowance. Also lots of diversity groups for staff to participate in.

Cons

Extremely corporate: tons of red tape/layers of approval to do anything. The environment often felt cold (both physically and mentally). Suddenly I got lots of negative feedback from manager with vague advice for improvement, which was impossible to follow. Despite my best efforts, I was let go conveniently at the end of my 90-Day probation period. The termination process seemed eerily routine.

Pros

Very good benefits. Some of the people are truly interested in helping their colleagues grow and learn.

Cons

Management acts grateful and then says disapproving comments about employees' work to others. Takes credit for all analysts' work and doesn't appreciate their work. Salary does not keep with the competition. If they don't like you, they will award you no yearly raises, bonuses, nor well-deserved promotions.
