Pros

Great nurses worked on my team. Salary and work from home were nice. There was a fair and decent amount of training. There were good benefits, which were very competitive.

Cons

I got frustrated with calling members/patients who did not know or want me to call. It was more like sales than nursing. Tasks and call lists were a bit unrealistic and there were long questionnaires (more than 100 questions) that you had to ask members. IBX recruiter actually told me that there would be days I would be twiddling my thumbs -- coworkers laughed when I told them that, of course. It was often busier than working in a medical office. It was first my case management job, and it just wasn't for me.
