Work from home, upfront PTO 180hours,

Cons

Micromanaging with code system in ”ready” they don’t really care about your emergencies. You call out you get points . It’s a point system so you can fail or get fired . Unless you’re using PTO and it’s approved.

- excellent work-life balance, 37.5 hours/week expectation, occasionally more than that, but not by much - management does a great job focusing on associate professional growth opportunities - constant chances to learn about different departments and work groups

Cons

- compensation is middle of the road; not terrible, but it could be better
