Pros

They offer pto and flex time and I work from home.

Cons

The pay isn't worth the amount of work. They don't make people who work from home feel included. They have a huge turn over rate and are extremely strick, no sick time, you get harrassed by mbrs and staff ! You don't get to pick your schedule and are not allowed to take time off during open enrollment season as there are not enough agents to take the calls because everyone has quit or been fired.
