A paycheck. but no job security. Benefits but substandard, considering you are working for a major health insurance company. M-F job, but no overtime incentives.
Cons
I have been working here for over a decade. I've seen the company let the best talent go, only to hire contractors, temps and outsource. The company is cutthroat and their level of dedication and professionalism is minimal anymore. They do not care about their career associates, of which only a handful remain, nor do they care about their subscribers. There are a gaggle of long-term upper management people who will stop at nothing to preserve their jobs, their raises and their bonuses, until they retire. The VPs are lackadaisical and non-reactive to change. In other words, I would not be here if didn't already devote over a decade f my life to this place. When I've seen fellow associates who've worked at IBC longer than I be outsourced to save a few bucks, it makes me sick. The best of the best are long gone from IBC - it's IBX, as they call it no
