There are a lot of employees leaving the company currently, but they are simply too slow at backfilling. Employees are expected to pick up the slack for too long.

Cons

Great PTO and benefits. Hybrid of choice model is fantastic, it's one of the biggest reasons i'm still with the company.

Great manager. Fast paced environment and a lot of different tasks keeps the day from dragging. Good bonuses and Great PTO. Hybrid working environment.

Cons

Low pay. A lot to perform for basically a beginners Salary. Little room to advance in the department (but seems like a lot of different avenues in other departments). High turnover can lead to your job becoming significantly more stressful.
