      Pros

      They offer pto and flex time and I work from home.

      Cons

      The pay isn't worth the amount of work. They don't make people who work from home feel included. They have a huge turn over rate and are extremely strick, no sick time, you get harrassed by mbrs and staff ! You don't get to pick your schedule and are not allowed to take time off during open enrollment season as there are not enough agents to take the calls because everyone has quit or been fired.

      Pros

      Family comes first. Management not only understands that life happens but they have practices in place to support employees when events occur in their personal life. Work / life balance is encouraged and there are company led workshops / seminars to help employees obtain a better balance. Employees are supported and appreciated. The overall culture is inclusive, positive and refreshing when compared to the culture at other companies.

      Cons

      The Only Cons - There are exceptions and outliers to what I've listed in the Pros. These exceptions are based on specific individuals or departments but from my experience, they are few and far in between.
