Pros

The main building at 1901 Market has a gym and good cafeteria redesign...(the best 2 things the company has done since G. Fred DiBona passed away)

Cons

Too many contractors (Temps or contracted workers), lack of experienced and knowledgeable management, poor HR department (buddies up with management, not balanced), some areas of the company is lacking in quality employees with knowledge, missing accountability across the company, pass the buck mentality is rampant and some departments hire too many of their friends and not knowledge/experience.

Laid back company that puts an emphasis on treating others with respect.

Cons

Very unorganiized, no communication at all so therefore not everyone on the same page. Managers play favorites and ignore the hard work of one employee in favor of another's gender or race.
