Pros

Have been working here for 2 years now, and love it more every day. The CEO has been incredibly supporting and giving towards its employees during the pandemic, and it's clear that they take COVID precautions seriously. There is support from leadership every step of the way, and you never feel like you're left to flounder.

Cons

Sometimes getting things done feels like you're going through red tape, but it's worth it for the set boundaries and roles we have.
